Booking Process & Scheduling

Upon confirmation of payment, operational planning and logistical coordination shall commence immediately. This may include, but is not limited to, venue reservations, dining arrangements, security coordination, transportation logistics, staffing, and scheduling.

Initial logistical arrangements are typically initiated within 12 to 48 hours following payment confirmation. All dates, locations, and itineraries are subject to availability and may be influenced by filming schedules, travel requirements, security considerations, or other professional obligations.

Rescheduling & Relocation Policy

Once a booking has been scheduled and operational arrangements have commenced, changes to dates or locations are limited. Where possible, rescheduling or relocation may be accommodated at Our sole discretion and subject to availability.

Participants who are unable to attend on a confirmed date are strongly encouraged to request rescheduling rather than cancellation. Approval of any rescheduling request is not guaranteed and shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

All bookings involve substantial advance planning, contractual commitments, and non-recoverable operational costs. As such, refunds are not encouraged and are granted only under exceptional and verifiable circumstances.
