By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this Website and its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use this Website or its services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, images, photographs, videos, and proprietary technologies, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Jason Momoa Events – The Ultimate Adventure Experience. Meet & Greet Bookings

By submitting a booking form for any Meet & Greet event or package, you certify that all provided information is accurate, complete, and truthful. Once your booking form has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request and providing detailed payment instructions. Submission of the booking form does not guarantee final booking until full or partial payment has been successfully processed as instructed.

Booking Process & Scheduling

Upon payment receipt, logistics coordination for your Meet & Greet will commence immediately. Specific arrangements such as restaurant reservations, private sessions, VIP transport, and venue preparations may be scheduled and confirmed within 12 to 48 hours after payment is received. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and location, please understand that Jason Momoa’s availability may be subject to change based on travel schedules, filming commitments, and other unforeseen obligations.

Rescheduling & Relocation Policy

Once a booking date has been secured and arrangements have been scheduled, your Meet & Greet appointment may only be rescheduled or relocated if necessary. All participants are encouraged to remain flexible as we work to create the most memorable experience possible. Date or location adjustments will be handled with priority care to ensure minimal disruption. If you are unable to attend on the confirmed date, we strongly encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation.

Refund Policy

Due to the extensive planning, coordination, and exclusive nature of these experiences, refund requests are highly discouraged. Once payments have been made and bookings scheduled, multiple reservations are committed on your behalf, including restaurant bookings, venue reservations, security coordination, and staffing.

While refunds are possible under rare and unavoidable circumstances, you acknowledge and accept that any refund will result in a deduction of at least 80% of your total payment to cover non-recoverable costs already incurred. In most cases, this means you should expect to receive less than 20% of your original payment amount should you insist on a full cancellation and refund, particularly for Premium Meet & Greet Packages.

Please do not proceed with your booking if you do not fully agree to these refund terms.
